1. Ordering and Purchasing Process
Put your item(s) in the shopping cart. Review your order summary in the order overview. After completing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email. Eva Diamond will then review your order and prices. You will be informed if prices differ. Eva Diamond will ship your item(s) and send a delivery confirmation by email. This completes the sales contract between Eva Diamond and you.
1.1 The presentation of goods on the Website does not constitute a binding offer. By placing your order, you are making an offer to Eva Diamond to conclude a sales contract.

2. Personal Information, Payment, and Availability
2.2 Availability: Orders are subject to availability. If we cannot deliver, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a replacement of equivalent value or a full refund.
2.3 Pricing Errors: If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the website, we will contact you for instructions or reject the order and notify you.
2.5 Ownership: Title to all goods passes to you upon delivery, provided we have received full payment.
2.7 Cancellations: Eva Diamond can cancel the contract or refuse service at any time before shipping for reasons of availability or other valid reasons.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delays: We strive to deliver within specified deadlines. However, delays can be unavoidable due to unforeseen factors, especially with custom-made items.
3.2 Risk: The risk of loss and damage passes to you when the goods are handed over.
3.3 Carriers: Generally, Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or FedEx/UPS (International).
3.5 Security: To protect against theft, we recommend providing a delivery address that is not accessible to third parties.
4. Withdrawal Right
4.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without statement of reasons.
4.2 Exceptions: This right does not apply to goods manufactured to your specific requirements (individualization, bespoke jewelry, customizations), or contracts concluded after viewing/trying on goods in a physical showroom.

5. Returns, Inspections, and Warranty
5.2 Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or damaged, Eva Diamond will offer to replace, repair, or refund. All returned jewelry is monitored by CCTV during the inspection process. If a supplied certificate (e.g., GIA) is not returned, a fee of £350 + VAT will be charged.
5.7 Lifetime Warranty: Eva Diamond goods include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and processing defects. Exclusions: This does not apply to excessive wear, misuse, or accidental damage. If the jewelry is tampered with or repaired by another jeweler, the lifetime guarantee becomes void.
5.10 Resizing Service: We offer a free resizing service for up to 1 year after receiving your ring. Certain rings (full-set eternity bands, ornate bands, or specific bespoke items) cannot be resized. Resizing typically takes 15–20 working days.
5.13 High-Value Items: All rings above £15,000 are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
6.1 You agree to contact Eva Diamond Ltd directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with your provider.
6.4 If payment is reversed or disputed, title to the goods automatically reverts to Eva Diamond Ltd.
6.7 If a chargeback is initiated after delivery, the customer must return the goods to us within 48 hours of initiating the dispute.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights to content on the Website remain with Eva Diamond.
7.5 When purchasing custom-made goods, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights to the design remain the property of Eva Diamond. We reserve the right to produce further items based on custom designs.
8. Lifetime Diamond Upgrade
Eva Diamond is proud to offer a Free Lifetime Upgrade on our natural and lab-grown diamonds:
- Natural Diamonds: Can be exchanged for credit (original price or market value, whichever is lower) toward a new natural diamond of at least 1.5x greater value.
- Lab-Grown Diamonds: Can be exchanged for credit toward a new lab-grown diamond of at least 2x greater value.
- Condition: Diamonds must be in saleable condition and accompanied by original documentation.
9. Applicable Law
Contracts for the purchase of goods via the Website are subject to English law. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
